Wildflower Sparkling Mead was the first traditional method Sparkling Mead produced in the UK. The driest Sparkling Mead in the range, produced from the spring Wildflower honey, it is the most comparable with a dry sparkling wine or champagne. A dry start with a smooth honey finish.

Honey: Spring Wildflower Honey gathered by the bees of Northumberland Honey Co. Including dandelion, hawthorn and white clover predominantly, a poly floral Wildflower Honey.

Dryness/ tasting: Brut with 5g/l residual sugars, a lovely well balanced acidity brings a dry start with a smooth honey finish on the palate.
