- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You will need to provide proof of postage.
- You can return a product for up to 21 days from the date you purchased it.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- The refund will include the cost of the item and the original shipping cost.
- Goods can be returned to our premises in Monmouth or shipped. We are unable to pay for the cost of the return shipping.
- We cannot give refunds or accept returns available for any digital downloads purchased.
