Sparkling Mead (330ml can) - Hive Mind

Hive Mind is a small, family run company founded by two brothers, Matt and Kit. From their meadery in Caldicot they produce sparkling, medium dry mead with honey from their own bees situated in the beautiful Wye Valley, where there is a great concentration of small leaf lime trees, giving the honey a distinct flavour.

The mead is brewed to a lower alcohol level than typical mead - so it can be enjoyed in the same way as a beer, cider or sparkling wine. To get a delicate sparkle, the mead is bottle conditioned and this combined with infusions of seasonal flavours produces a unique mead, light, refreshing and rich in flavour.

Pure Honey
This is a light, sparkling mead brewed on delicious wildflower honey. 

Sour Cherry
This is a tart and complex creation with delicious cherry notes. A light fruity sourness from Hive Mind's selected wild culture, blended with honey for that age-old sweet and sour crowd pleaser.
