Coedcanlas Welsh Marmalade, 340g
These artisan marmalade and preserves are hand crafted with care in a repurposed sheep shed on a small farm in the rural parish of Coedcanlas.
Coedcanlas lies in the remote and unspoilt far west of Wales close to the Cleddau Estuary.
January marks the arrival of Seville oranges, and for a short time, it's marmalade season at Coedcanlas.

Ingredients: Seville oranges (grown without chemicals), unrefined sugar, lemons, a little Coedcanlas honey.
Seville Orange Marmalade, No 3
Soft set with slightly less peel. A complex marmalade with a luxurious, velvety texture. Deliciously bittersweet with hints of orangey caramel.
