A collaborative brew between Hive Mind Mead in Caldicot, South Wales and Fierce and Noble Brewery in Bristol. One Step Closer to the Hedge is a mead brewed on honey and foraged blackberries, dry hopped with Eclipse hops. Rich, fruity, slightly sour and hoppy with a sweet honey overtone.
