Augusta Panettoni was started in 1945 in Milan by a master pastry chef, custodian of the traditional "Panettone Milano" recipe.
Premium panettone made without sultanas, raisins and candied citrus peels. The dough is left to rise naturally, then cooked slowly and carefully and allowed to cool for a full twelve hours, giving the cake its unique taste and flavour.
Panettoni with pistachio cream
Ingredients: Wheat flour, pistachio cream 20%, (sugar, glucose syrup, water, pistachio paste 8%, egg yolk, palm oil, skimmed milk powder, milk cream powder, alcohol, natural flavours, stabilizer: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate), eggs, sugar, butter, rehydrated whole milk powder, egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; glucose syrup, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavour, salt.
Panettoni with chocolate chips
Ingredients: wheat flour, chocolate chips 15% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin cocoa: 51,5% ), fresh eggs, sugar, butter (milk), milk, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavours, salt. Ingredients: wheat flour, salted caramel cream 20% [caramel (glucose syrup, caramelized sugars, colouring agent: caramel), water, sugar, glucose syrup, sunflower oil, milk powder, powdered egg yolk, salt, alcohol, gelling agent: pectin; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavours], eggs, butter, sugar, milk, egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; glucose syrup, natural vanilla flavour, salt, cocoa butter. It May contain nuts, peanuts and soy.
